Using this site means you accept these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the services offered by Sunhaven Lynwood Sunrooms & Patios. By browsing the site, calling us or sending a request through our contact page, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Sunhaven Lynwood Sunrooms & Patios. "You" means the person using the site or asking us about work on a property.
What we do
We're a sunroom contractor in Lynwood, CA, and we design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in Lynwood and the cities around it. You can read more about us on our about page and see the full list of services from the home page.
What's on this site is general information about our work. It isn't an offer to do a specific job, and it doesn't replace an on-site visit. The details of any job we take on, including scope, materials and price, are set in a written agreement we both sign.
Estimates and pricing
We give free on-site estimates, and you're under no obligation to book. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, so it can change if conditions turn up once work starts that nobody could see beforehand, such as damaged framing, a weak slab or utilities in the way.
Any price range on this site is general information only and isn't a quote. Your price is the one in your signed agreement. If you ask for changes after signing, or hidden conditions require more work, we'll explain the cost and get your written approval before we do it.
An estimate stays good for the period written on it. After that, material prices and our schedule may have changed, so we may need to update it.
Scheduling and cancellation
We schedule work once your agreement is signed and any permits the job needs are in place. Start and finish dates are our best estimate, because weather, material deliveries, permit and inspection timing and conditions found on site can move them, and we aren't responsible for delays outside our control.
If you need to reschedule a visit, please call us at (424) 296-8574 as early as you can. Your right to cancel a signed agreement, and any charges for materials ordered or work already done, are set out in that agreement and in California law.
Payment terms
Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are listed in your signed agreement. Payments are usually tied to stages of the work, so you pay as the job moves forward.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and the agreement may allow other remedies. If you have a question about a bill, call us before the due date so we can sort it out.
Warranties and disclaimers
Any warranty on our work is the one written in your signed agreement. Products we install, such as glass, panels, frames and roofing, may also carry their maker's warranty, which the maker handles under its own terms.
This website and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep the information accurate and current, but we don't promise that every detail on the site is complete, error-free or right for your property. Apart from the warranty in your agreement and any warranty required by law, we make no other warranties, stated or implied.
Limits on our liability
We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind the work in our agreement. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using this site or relying on its general information, including lost time, lost use or lost profits.
Where the law allows a cap, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that California law says can't be waived.
Links and site content
The text, photos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You can view and share pages for personal use, but please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Some pages may link to outside sites, like a city or state office. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
How we settle disagreements
If something goes wrong, call us first at (424) 296-8574 or reach us through our contact page. Most problems get fixed fastest by talking them through, and we'll make a good-faith effort to work it out with you.
If we can't settle it together, the dispute will be handled the way your signed agreement says. Where the agreement doesn't say, it will go to the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California.
Governing law
These terms, and any agreement for work, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Changes don't alter an agreement you've already signed with us unless we both agree in writing.
Questions about these terms? Get in touch through our contact page or call (424) 296-8574.
