How I came to build sunrooms
I didn't start out in this trade. I spent my first working years in another line of work, then learned sunrooms on other people's crews before starting our business in 2013. I'm a teacher at heart, so I'd rather explain a choice than push one, and I still check that it made sense before we move on.
Most of our calls come from homeowners in Lynwood and the cities around it who have a patio, deck or slab out back they want to turn into a room they'll actually use. We walk you through screen rooms, three season rooms and four season rooms in plain words, so you know what each one does well and where it falls short. The goal is a room that fits how you'll use it, not the biggest option on the page.
I measure, and our own crew builds it
I come out myself to see the space, take the measurements and talk through your options, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the build. Our own crew does the work, led by a lead installer, and I check in at each stage.
We take care of the drawings and permits
In Lynwood, the city's Building and Safety Division reviews plans and inspects the work, and when your job needs a permit, we prepare the drawings, handle the application with the city or county office for your address, line up the inspections and keep you posted. California requires a state contractor license for any work that needs a building permit, and we're licensed and insured, with your satisfaction, guaranteed.
